March 16-17, 2018 in Kiev, under the auspices of the USAPS (Ukrainian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons), the first International Congress for Plastic Surgeons and Cosmetologists ICAMPS was held. It is a grandiose scientific and practical event in the field of aesthetic medicine. It was attended by more than 300 plastic surgeons and cosmetologists from 14 countries of the world.
The ICAMPS theme is “Modern methods of face rejuvenation”. The organizer is Pavel Denischuk, plastic surgeon, MD, member of the Board of Directors of USAPS, National Secretary of ISAPS. This is not the first training congress, initiated and organized by Pavel Denischuk, in its arsenal – three educational conferences Visiting Professor Program, which were held with the support of ISAPS.
During ICAMPS, 17 foreign speakers, including the world stars of aesthetic medicine from Europe, the United States and the Middle East, shared with the participants the author’s techniques and the newest methods of face rejuvenation, and also examined cases of complications. The headliner of the plastic surgery session was Brian Mendelson (Australia), a world-renowned expert in the anatomy of face aging and the founder of the SPACE-lifting method, and sessions of cosmetology – Christopher Roland Payne, the leading dermatologist of the Royal Court of Britain.
One of the speakers and moderators of ICAMPS was the President of USAPS, MD, Professor Vasily Khrapach. Within ICAMPS, he made a report on minimizing the risk of facelifting.
